Development team recruiting for two new roles

The Dalehead team in Linton are recruiting for two new roles and are keen to encourage internal applications from colleagues across the Pilgrim’s UK family.

The team is hiring a Development Manager and a Development Chef. As a Development Manager you will be working in an NPD function taking full responsibility for specific categories and assigned projects, delivering profitable & feasible NPD, and supporting the innovation and culinary agenda.

We also have an opening for an experienced restaurant Chef with a passion for food to be our new Development Chef. You will utilise your culinary creative flair, developing new product concepts for our retail customers.
