GREELEY, Colo., January 14, 2022 – Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation (NASDAQ:PPC) (“Pilgrim’s” or “the Company”), a leading global provider of fresh and value-added poultry, pork and prepared foods, today announced the appointment of Ivan Siqueira as president of the Company’s Pilgrim’s UK business unit, Britain’s leading provider of higher welfare pork. Ivan immediately succeeds Andrew Cracknell, who led the business since October 2018.

Siqueira brings more than 29 years of experience in the pork and poultry industries, most recently as executive director at Seara Foods, a leading Brazilian food company with an integrated pork and poultry business. Under his leadership, Seara experienced a significant growth rate in sales over the last three years and solidified itself as a market leader in sustainability, animal welfare, innovation and quality products.
