Bodmin Bake Sale

The Bodmin team helped raise £330 for Little Harbour, Childrens Hospice charity with a fun bake sale – spreading awareness and raising vital funds.

Donna Watts, HR Advisor, explained: “Little Harbour is an amazing local community charity which is vital to our community. We wanted to do something special, so we held a competition to name the two new Fork Lift Trucks and sold lots of cakes – all of which helped us hit our £330 total.”

Little Harbour is a home-from-home. A place where each family member can find time and space to feel normal and do the things they enjoy as a Mum, as a Dad, as a brother or sister: as a family, not overwhelmingly as a carer.

Donna added: “The charity were delighted with the funds which will go towards treats and equipment for the children in their care. The feedback was great and we very much look forward to supporting them more in the future.”
