Pork is at the very heart of Pilgrim’s UK and we take great pride in producing it through our fully integrated supply chain, which gives us full control of the process from farm to fork. We work closely with our farmers to ensure the highest standards of animal welfare are met, as we believe this produces the best quality pork. Our generations of expert butchers drive process and assembly through our state-of-the-art factories, using techniques which stem from our long-standing heritage in handcrafted butchery. From primal cuts to added value products, our dedicated culinary teams are always on the lookout for new ways to deliver delicious, succulent pork to our customers, whilst ensuring that customer led innovation and insight form the foundation for development.

Bacon and Gammon

It’s been over 60 years since the Roach family first began producing bacon and gammon in Cornwall and we still use many of the cures and techniques developed by the Roach family to create our range of award-winning products today. Our specialists combine their expertise in traditional curing, smoking and air-drying methods combined with the latest technologies to deliver the tastiest products to both retail and foodservice sectors.

We also have a dedicated, state-of-the-art cooked bacon facility which delivers the crispiest bacon for your home-made salads or your favourite on the go sandwich.
