To help make things fun Gary will be dressed as a Panda, in honour of WWF, for the first Marathon in Brighton. And as if this wasn’t enough on the 8th June he is also taking on the challenge of running 100 miles in 24 hours at an event called Endure 24.

Gary said “ It’s going to be really hard – I know that. If I get in that dark place, at least I can find some inner strength, in knowing that I am making a difference to the lives of children, and helping the planet to be a better place. Therefore, I’ve chosen to save the planet for the WWF and help some incredible children on behalf of KIDS. I know that these challenges will test my mental strength and resilience to the limit whether it be when I am pounding the streets of London, running around the forest at Endure or sweating buckets in a panda costume.”
